Writer/Co-Director Executive Producer/ Harold H. Dawley Jr., Ph.D.,  is a retired clinical psychologist and former self-help book publisher. He spent twenty years on the staff of the New Orleans Veterans Affairs Medical Center where he served as Chief of the Psychiatry Service Day Hospital and Day Treatment programs. During this period he also held clinical faculty appointments in the Department of Pathology at the Louisiana State University Medical School, the Department of Medicine and the Department of Psychiatry and Neurology at Tulane University School of Medicine, and an adjunct faculty appointment in the Department of Allied Sciences at Tulane University School of Public Health and Tropical Medicine. Recipient of the Outstanding Psychologist of the Year award from the Louisiana Psychological Association and the Distinguished Service Award from the Division of Psychologists in Public Service of the American Psychological Association (APA) Dr. Dawley was elected a Fellow of the APA. He is a Past President of the APA Division of Psychologists in Public Service and is also a Past President of the National Association of Veterans Affairs Psychologists.  Harold Dawley also served three years in the Marine Corps before going to college to become a psychologist. He is the Commandant of a newly formed Marine Corps Leaque Detachment in Diamondhead, MS.

Co-Director/Producer: Lenny Delbert: Lenny is the president of Pan Am Communications in New Orleans, Louisiana, a film production company. For more than forty years he has worked as a professional photographer and videographer. He has a long history of producing documentaries, Delbert’s previous projects include Vietnamese Cuisine in New Orleans, a documentary that premiered on WYES in 2012; No One Ever Went Hungry: Cajun Food Traditions Then and Now; and New Orleans Restaurants with a Past.

Production Director/Associate Producer/: Paul Combel worked as lead cameraman for the PBS station WYES-TV in New Orleans and serves as the Production Director and Associate Producer on this documentary. He is a Vietnam veteran and worked as a combat photographer. He has over 40 years of experience filming over 100 PBS documentaries and recently retired from WYES, the local PBS Station in New Orleans.

Administrative Assistant: Linda Dawley, Ph.D.: Dr. Linda Dawley serves as administrative assistant in coordinating the activities  involved in producing the documentary

Media Archivist: Bonnie G. Rowan. Bonnie is a nationally recognized media archivist who has been involved in over 400 documentaries. She has experience in Vietnam war related documentaries and is  qualified in acquiring relevant archival footage for our documentary.

Researcher Coordinator: Marilyn Goodrich, Ph.D. D.P.H. Dr. Goodrich is a clinical psychologist and epidemiologist and serves as research coordinator for our documentary.
